Processing/Estimated Shipping Time
- All orders are processed and sent out within two weeks or sooner. However, in some rare cases, it may take up to three weeks. Once your order is shipped, USPS will deliver it within 2-5 business days if you are located in the US. Currently we only ship within the US. We are planning to expand shipping worldwide in the near future.
- Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimated and unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- If you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order immediately. If your package has not yet been shipped, we'll try our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is marked as shipped, we're unable to cancel or refund your order.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to ensure timely and accurate delivery. If you need to update your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes before the package is shipped. For any changes with shipping information after the package is shipped, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
- If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable shipping address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package. We cannot issue refunds or send free replacements for packages that were delivered to the "wrong" location due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please place a new order if you still wish to receive the package with the correct shipping information.
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
- However, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email TALKINGTOTHEMOON0223@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
